Acting for administrative litigation

If a citizen, a legal person or any other organization considers that an administrative act of an administrative organ or its staff has infringed upon its legitimate rights and interests, it shall have the right to file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court according to law. The administrative act referred to here includes the administrative act made by an organization authorized by laws, regulations and rules.
